Ducklings Insurance Policy
Because you and your duckling deserve the royal treatment.
Policy Overview:
We know your rubber duckling isn’t just a decoration—it’s a co-pilot, a confidant, and a downright quacktastic companion. That’s why we’re here to ensure your duckling stays fabulous and fully accessorized. Got a lost helmet? A stolen chain? Or—heaven forbid—a missing duckling? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. If you choose to insure your Duckling, you will receive an insure card along with your order. The card expires within 4 months of the date of the order. You can use it in case your Duckling or any of its accessories got stolen.
What’s Included:
- Duckling* Replacement (One-Time Only): If your duck decides to "fly the coop" or suffers a tragic accident, we’ll send you a new one, no questions asked (well, maybe a few questions, but only for laughs).
- Accessory Replacement: Lost that venom helmet? Misplaced the Ray-bans that made your duckling look like a superstar? We’ll replace them ONCE during your 3-month coverage period.
* Only applies to our Yellow, Pink and Black Ducklings.
Coverage Period:
This policy is valid for 4 glorious months, which is basically a lifetime in rubber duck years.
How to File a Claim:
- Quack Us Up: WhatsApp our hotline +961-81-962195 QUACK-HELP and we will respond promptly.
- Show Us the Damage: Send a pic of your duckling’s tragic situation (or just tell us what happened—we love a good duck drama).
Get Your Replacement:
Your new duck or accessories will arrive faster than you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious."
What’s Not Covered (a.k.a. The Fine Print):
- Intentional Duck Neglect: If you leave your duck to bake in the sun like a forgotten pool toy, that’s on you.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Adding rocket boosters, glitter bombs, or ninja weapons? Not our problem (but still kind of cool).
- Acts of Quackery: Any damage caused by wild duck-related stunts or rebellious duck behavior.
